1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms of service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Geotek website, equipment catalog, and quotation services. Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

2. Quotation and Equipment Listing

Geotek provides high-precision testing instruments for Civil, Geotechnical, and Material Engineering. All catalog descriptions, technical datasheets, and base prices are subject to change without notice. Quotations issued through our online Request for Quotation (RFQ) portal are estimates and are valid only for the duration specified on the eventual formal quotation document.

3. User Submissions

When submitting inquiries, RFQs, or participating in support requests, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You expressly consent to the processing of your data by our engineering and sales representatives for the purpose of technical evaluation, project scoping, and fulfillment.

4. Intellectual Property

All technical specifications, diagrams, documentation, and the overall look and feel of the Geotek platform are the intellectual property of Geotek or its suppliers. Commercial reproduction without explicit written permission is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Geotek, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.
